IT-System Engineer Linux (m/w/d)

As an IT System Engineer, you will ensure that all IT systems and processes for our (customer) systems operate smoothly and maintain uninterrupted operations.

We Are a Perfect Match if You:

Have at least three years of professional experience in Linux server administration and virtualization.
Possess strong technical expertise and excellent server administration, client management, virtualization, and networking skills.
Prefer structured, independent work while remaining customer and service-oriented.
Have good German skills and, ideally, experience working with international teams.
Ideally, have experience with Veeam Backup.
Have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in computer science.

What You Will Do:

Administer and optimize our Linux and Proxmox environments.
Manage change management, customizing, release management, and monitoring.
Ensure timely patch management processes.
Consult with clients and participate in exciting, challenging customer projects.
Support the planning and development of IT infrastructure.
Independently analyze, classify, and resolve hardware and software problems and support queries.
