All prices net plus statutory VAT. Minimum term 12 months, then renewal by 12 months at a time with 30 days' notice. Remote hands: core hours Mon–Fri 9 am–6 pm, billed per started 15 minutes; outside core hours, per started hour. We plan cages and private rooms individually.

Build on our certification: you base your own certified platform on our PCI DSS v4.0 and ISO 27001 certification and focus on the compliance of your own systems.
Move in without stress: we accept your deliveries and store them until you schedule the installation – or our team takes it on.
With a mesh cage, you secure not just individual racks but an entire area. We plan size and layout individually with you. Inside the cage, you run your own racks or ours. Optional:

For technical rooms of your own, up to a small, dedicated data centre – planned individually for your needs. Cooling, UPS, batteries and diesel backup generator are designed exclusively for your operation and are not shared with other customers. If you wish, you can conclude the power contract with an energy supplier yourself.
Your team in the data centre, around the clock
You save yourself the trip to the data centre when our team works for you. We carry out reboots and resets around the clock, included. We also connect a monitor and keyboard, read out screen messages to you or enter commands at the console if remote access fails.
Beyond that, our system and network specialists also take on larger tasks:
- Installation and configuration of server and network systems
- Maintenance work
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Installing and removing hardware, and shipping
Anything beyond reboots and resets is billed by time spent: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm per started 15 minutes, outside those hours per started hour. You will find the hourly rates in the price list.

Monitoring with escalation plan
We monitor your systems proactively and work out a monitoring concept with you, including an individual escalation plan.
Goods receipt
We accept your deliveries and store them until you or we carry out the installation.
Customer workstation
A networked workstation in the data centre, so you do not have to work directly at the rack.
On-site hardware replacement
On-site hardware stock and service contracts with manufacturers: we replace defective components quickly.
Hardware procurement
We procure brand-name hardware for your rack, for example from HPE, Dell, Juniper, Extreme Networks and Palo Alto – other manufacturers on request.
Backup colocation
A single server in the second data centre for backup and archiving, connected via our internal network.

More density for GPU hardware
In Hanover, we are expanding by 1 MW for direct liquid cooling by Q2/2027 – capacity can be reserved. For large requirements, we are planning an AI campus in the Frankfurt region with up to 280 kW per rack.
Questions about colocation
What does a rack in Hanover cost?
A 1/4 rack with 11 U is available from €199 net per month, a 1/2 rack with 22 U for €349 and a full rack with 42 U from €469, each plus power at €0.429 per kWh. There is also a one-off setup fee, for example €499 for the 1/2 rack. Cages start at €2,990 and private rooms at €10,990 net per month, each planned individually. All prices are in the price list above.
Can I get to my servers at any time?
Yes, around the clock. For security reasons, you register in advance and our team accompanies you.
What is included in remote hands?
We carry out reboots and resets around the clock at no extra cost. All other work – such as installing, replacing or configuring hardware – is billed by time spent: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm per started 15 minutes, outside those hours per started hour. A technician costs €99 per hour (€149 outside core hours), an engineer for more complex tasks €129 (€169), net in each case.
How long does the contract run?
The minimum term is 12 months. After that, the contract renews by 12 months at a time unless you cancel in writing 30 days before it expires.
Can I have hardware delivered directly to the data centre?
Yes. We accept your deliveries and store them until installation is due.
Can I visit the data centre beforehand?
Yes, by arrangement. Please bring an ID document.
Can I distribute systems across both data centres in Hanover?
Yes. With racks in both facilities and cross-connects between them, you build environments that span both sites.
Which bandwidths are possible?
Uplinks with 1 or 10 Gbit/s, more on request. We commit to 99.99% network availability under SLA.
Is colocation also available outside Hanover?
In Wolfsburg from a full rack, on separate terms on request. We do not offer colocation in Frankfurt.
Can I build my own certification on yours?
Yes. The PCI DSS v4.0 attestation covers physical security and colocation services at the Hanover location, and there is also ISO 27001 based on BSI IT-Grundschutz. That lets you focus on the compliance of your own systems.
