A room with cooling, UPS and backup generator just for you. In between sits the cage: a fenced area for several racks.

You can get to your hardware at any time
You have access around the clock: registered, accompanied by our team and with two factors, RFID transponder and PIN. Every access is logged; entrances and floor space are under video surveillance.
If you would rather not travel, our on-site team takes over. We carry out reboots and resets around the clock, included. Further work such as installation, replacement or configuration costs €99 per technician hour Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and €149 outside those hours, net in each case.

What is the difference between a server rack and a server cabinet?
None. Both mean a lockable 19" enclosure for servers and network equipment. We distinguish by size: partial rack with 11 or 22 U, full rack with 42 U, and your own server room.
Which size do I need?
Count the rack units of your devices and allow room to grow. Power matters just as much: a partial rack carries up to 1 or 1.5 kW, a full rack up to 3 kW. We work it through together in a conversation.
What is added to the monthly price?
Power by consumption, cooling included, and a one-off setup fee, for example €499 for a half rack. You book uplinks as needed. The minimum term is 12 months. Every item is in the price list.
Can I rent my own server room?
Yes. We plan rooms of your own individually, with cooling, UPS and backup generator solely for your operations. If you wish, you can sign the electricity contract yourself. Tell us in the form how many racks and how much power you are planning.
I am not an IT service provider. Can I still get in touch?
Yes. Write to us with what you need. If, besides the space, you are looking for someone to look after your systems, we will put you in touch with a suitable partner from our network.
